For ocean people, when a loved one passes on from this life, we collectively paddle out to sea to release our lei in celebration of their life. I have a memory from my youth, experiencing the emotions at one of these celebrations. “Corridors of time”. . . I remember these words running through my adolescent mind as I watched the lei drifting out to the horizon. Many years later, those words are still inspiring me and they now live in this piece. We must honor these corridors and generations, those who came before us and paved the way. Those who lead us to know kindness and inspire us every day to be brave and humble. For a neck that is a touch masculine, we advise the 55cm and beware of the 37cm... It can choke.
Then for a more feminine neck, we advise around 44cm and below unless you’re feeling extra ‘street’.

MATERIALS AND DURABILITY
This collection is handcrafted with 925 sterling silver and plated with 24k Gold Vermeil. Our silver is 100% certified, we're still working on the gold certificate though. The plating is 3.5 microns thick of gold on silver but we also add an additional little
layer of 18k...
We've got some in-house scientist's that throughly tested that this will get you the longest lasting plating. The harder 18k protects the 24K the 24K has no weak metals in it and won't corrode as easy as 18k.
THE PIECES ARE SWEAT-PROOF, WATER-PROOF and OCEAN-PROOF.
With durability in mind, we source our pure recycled silver from a leading
Belgium/German based company, where it is refined at 330ppt oxygen level – crucial to crafting a high quality product. Our silver is refined slightly above the 92.5% silver mark and each piece is actually 93% silver. We also use some methods that help make it slightly stronger than your traditional sterling and four times more corrosion resistant which has been certifiably tested. We plate the gold here in Indonesia at a internationally recognized gold plating provider, that trains other places all throughout ind and has in-house chemists check the pieces and baths regularly to ensure the highest quality.
These little goodies are then carefully packed away in an old-school matchbox that we crafted from recycled cardboard, with an organic cotton canvas bag, our signature silver polish cloth, n’ a little more...
