Returns & Refunds
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Salty Dagger we want to make sure you're stoked with your order. Therefore, if you're not fully satisfied with your order or you have received the wrong item or the product is faulty, you may issue a request for a return or exchange following our policies below.
- Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
- All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
- If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of package being received.
- The return form must be included in the return package.
- The return package must be tracked, if you cannot provide a tracking number a refund cannot be issued if the item is lost.
If you meet the required criteria for a refund/exchange please email us through firstname.lastname@example.org and once your refund is confirmed by us, please fill out, print and follow the instructions on this form. Once items are received and approved by us, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If you wish to make an exchange then we will issue a refund and you may re-purchase your favourable product.
For returns please note that unless the item is faulty or the wrong piece, shipping costs won't be refunded and the shipping costs of returning/exchanging a product is also at the customer's own expense. We're a small crew and have tiny markups that just can't cover this.
If the wrong address is entered and the item must be sent back and resent this cost's us around 30$ AUD and most be covered by the customer.
Also for returns from afar, we've found out there are some countries that have expensive return shipping. Check in on this crew as you're country may have expensive international shipping when you're sending the parcel back. Most won't but can't hurt to check :)!
