RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
- All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging.
- We are happy to exchange the piece for a different style, as long as the price differences are paid for.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We recommend purchasing the desired exchange piece to avoid the stock selling out while we are waiting for the exchange piece to come back. We can then issue you a refund when we receive the original piece.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of package being received.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
- The return form must be included in the return package.
Also for returns from afar, we've found out there are some countries that have expensive return shipping. Check in on this crew as you're country may have expensive international shipping when you're sending the parcel back. We also may know cheaper services so always email us first. ❤️
