RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Salty Dagger we want to make sure you're stoked with your order. Therefore, if you're not fully satisfied with your order or you have received the wrong item or the product is faulty, you may issue a request for a return or exchange following our policies below.

Policies

Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging.
We are happy to exchange the piece for a different style, as long as the price differences are paid for.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We recommend purchasing the desired exchange piece to avoid the stock selling out while we are waiting for the exchange piece to come back. We can then issue you a refund when we receive the original piece.
Sale items are non-refundable.
If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of the package being received.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.

Important Information

Once items are received and approved by us, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If you wish to make an exchange then we will issue a refund and you may re-purchase your favorable product.

For returns please note that unless the item is faulty or the wrong piece, shipping costs won't be refunded and the shipping costs of returning/exchanging a product is also at the customer's own expense. We're a small crew and have tiny markups that just can't cover this.

If the wrong address is entered and the item must be sent back and re-sent, this cost (~30 AUD) must be covered by the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING

Also if you're buying from afar, we've found out there are some countries that have expensive return shipping. Check in on this and keep this in mind, so you don't get any nasty surprises. ❤️
