"This ring is about a strange dream in my childhood jungle playground, and perhaps about growing older and experiencing the world. It all began in playful adolescence in the place where waiwai flows from the summit to the sea, the place where my imagination first felt adventure. We all had a place like that. Places that show us magic in a humble juvenile way, the most influential time of our development. It’s important that we remember these places and travel back to them often, even if it’s in our thoughts. Let not the modern adult life drown out that magic. This piece is to remind you that wherever you go, so does your inner child. The child who gazes at the stars, runs into the mountains, and visits the ocean just because it’s beautiful. For me, this ring reminds me of ahupua'a, ke alaula, ke ala hōkū, it's about nāna nā moe and ho'oponopono. However, what's more important is the realm this design sparks in your imagination. Got the wrong size, not happy with the piece, or want to change to a different one? No worries!

1. Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.

2. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging. (For cuffs, this means they cannot have been bent)

3. We are happy to exchange the piece for a different style, as long as the price differences are paid for.

4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. We recommend purchasing the desired exchange piece to avoid the stock selling out while we are waiting for the exchange piece to come back.

6. Sale items are non-refundable.

7. If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of the package being received.

8. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.

9. For USA orders, refunds are issued less 20% for the tariff payment.

10. For USA returns, the customer must pay tariffs required for the return shipment.

MATERIALS & DURABILITY

The core of this piece is made from 100% recycled sterling silver, certifiably tested to be about 30% stronger and 4x more corrosion resistant than standard silver.

The gold plating is 3.5 microns of 24k gold, thicker than most plating, and includes an extra layer of 18k gold for strength and shine.

Our oldschool matchbox-style packaging is made from 100% recycled card and printed with soy-based inks. It also includes our organic cotton bag, polishing cloth, and a little more.

PRODUCT INFO

A handcrafted round signet style ring with a tapered band. This piece has a handforged 100% recycled 925 silver core with 3.5 microns of gold plating, and an additional layer of 18k gold for strength. The top of the signet features an engraving of a mystical scene including a mountain, a river, a waterfall, and a crescent moon motif. The inside of the band shows an engraving of two manta rays. The outer edge of the band itself is subtly textured to reflect the passage of time.

I’ll be honest... When I first bumped into Chris Miyashiro, all I saw was someone who had a nice feel and could skate, haha. And that’s all that was planned; to maybe do a little video together.

In the end, he helped create and poured his heart into one of the most beautiful collections we’ve had the pleasure of working on. Chris is a true dreamer, wondering and playing in every passage of life.
