Got the wrong size, not happy with the piece, or want to change to a different one? No worries!

1. Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.

2. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging. (For cuffs, this means they cannot have been bent)

3. We are happy to exchange the piece for a different style, as long as the price differences are paid for.

4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. We recommend purchasing the desired exchange piece to avoid the stock selling out while we are waiting for the exchange piece to come back.

6. Sale items & personalised (engraved) items are non-refundable.

7. If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of the package being received.
