Full Policy
Sometimes, things can happen with shipping providers. We use the best providers we can find, but there are times when life still throws a curveball.
To help you feel safe when ordering from us, we offer a guarantee for a small extra charge. If you have any issues with shipping, we cover you 100%.
If your issue meets any of the following circumstances, you are covered by Salty Dagger's shipping protection policy, and are eligible to file a claim for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Items:
Damaged During Shipping: The items were damaged during the shipping process as a result of mishandling by the carrier. (Photo / video evidence may be required).
Lost or Stolen Items:
Wrong Delivery: You entered the correct address, but the shipping provider delivered your package to the wrong address.
Stolen Package: The package was marked as delivered, but you never received it.
Presumed Lost: The package was never reported as delivered, and it has been more than 7 days since the last tracking update (or 30 days for international deliveries).
Partial Delivery: If a single order is shipped between multiple packages and not all of them were delivered, as long as there is no evidence of tampering.
Passed Delivery Date: The package was never reported as delivered, and more than 48 hours have passed since the carrier's last estimated delivery time.
