Zen gives 0 s*&ts about anything he post's or shares, A person who is 100% authentically Zen and I think anyone would struggle to keep up. He has a big heart, but also somehow broke three chairs...

Leo is a 19-year-old stuck in a 42-year-old's body. He's always over-prepared and freaks out when he can't prepare. But also loves taking up the odd job, whether it's crafting, shooting, editing or setting up a shoot. Leo is there laughing and joking from sunrise to sundown. He's the energy that keeps the flame alit.

When he plays the guitar it's like a mix of flamenco and Jack Johnson, he's a truly talented musician. Terrible marketer but we've decided to let him do our ads anyway. All jokes aside, he's been here since the early days and has seen Salty Dagger go through a lot of lows and highs and has kept us alive till today, we all take turns kissing him on a daily basis. He also reckons he's Swedish, but we're pretty sure he's Mexican and we love him for it.

She also broke 3 chairs and blamed it all on zen. Naturally pretty introverted but once she knows you, she'll break out all her best dance moves, and when it comes to the dance moves she's No. 1.

Mash is one of our troopers, loves making reels and little clips and used to be our Tiktoker... Then mash decided that TikTok is terrible and just ain't her thang haha. More than anything though mash adores images. She's slowly becoming our photo editor although it's a tug of war between Leo, Mash & Harley.

Also known as dad, big daddy, coco daddy. Harley was the first salty dagger dreamer and had his life flipped upside down and sent him on the mission that is Salty Dagger. Gets antsy when Zen paces the room haha, but at his core is just another one of those soft and gooey humans. He's another one of the crafters but one thing he loves more than anything is filming/shooting & always has another crazy idea...
